Dr Cassandra and her staff were wonderful. Dr Cassandra is a terrific, thoughtful doctor who had my best interest at heart.
Waste of time don't get anything done there I've waited two months for a MRI never heard back I've called number of times. I just went to a better Dr's office MRI done in two days.
Not able to reach by phone, no lab on site to do blood test, didn't send request to laboratory. Worst experience.
2 stars because they have appointments. But the wait times are OUTRAGEOUS. I got here 5 mins early having already done my online pre-check in. Proceeded to wait another 10mins past my appt time (which was only for a lab draw) had to sit in a pt room not the lab for 45 mins for a provider to come in just for me to tell I am only here for labs. I will NEVER come back here.
WARNING. Poor response and follow up at this location. I have sent two messages through the app and two calls, each time I was told someone from the clinic will return my call and that did not happen. You can't speak with the doctor or the medical staff directly. All calls go to a call center. If I can't reach anyone regarding my prescription refill then what good are they? I am shocked my insurance company would even list Village Medical as in network. They are the worst and there is no way their culture is to caring for th... read more
