I have been a long time patient at village medical, first at the Hobby location (Dr. Poole’s office) and then this location with Dr Persaud. Im 64 years old and inadvertently picked the wrong insurance to continue seeing dr persaud but the way they let me know I could no longer be her patient was rude and dismissive. I wish they could have worked with me to figure this out instead of so easily kicking me to the curb. Village Medical cares nothing about the patient. Now I have to find a new doctor.
