Everyone was kind,helpful and patient.
Nothing wrong wirh dr. Gave both insurance cards..uti test on 21st. Was told by 23rd i would have results. Its the 29th and i was very assertive about the dr. On duty giving my results on the 26th. Front desk girl didnt like it and wouldnt promise me anything. Two calls now with complaints. If I do notget any care or even patient respect...im stopping my insurance pmt. This place does not know how to care about patient concerns at a reasonable amt. Of time. BTW...theyve gad results by the 23rd. Also thet had nobody answering... read more
