Disappointing experience with this place on my first try with them. I had changed my PCP to a doctor within their network and that change was pending. I talked to a “call center” and scheduled an appointment not with the MD, but a NP I was told who takes my insurance and could see me same day. I was on time to my appointment and around 20-25 minutes later I was told that because my PCP wasn’t someone in their network, they could not see me. I saw Rea Colby, NP, yesterday and she was amazing! She took the time to really listen and made me feel cared for. She quickly figured out what was going on and got me started on treatment right away. I started feeling better within a few hours and today feel almost 100%. She’s the best!
Dr. Patel is thorough, asks a lot of questions, takes her time and genuinely cares about her patients health.
