I had a really great experience at Village Medical in Elk Grove Village with my primary doctor, Dr. Gopal Rao and his nurses. I had my visit for a pre-surgical approval and they were able to do the EKG, as well as the blood work at the same visit! It was wonderful not having to make more than one visit to get the approval, and Dr. Rao is a wonderful doctor who has a terrific bedside manner. I always have all my questions answered and am very satisfied with everything he says and does.
Everyone is very professional and helpful. Sorry they are closing.😕
HATE THE PRIVATE EQUITY FIRMS DOING BUSINESS IN HEALTHCARE PERIOD AND VILLAGE MEDICAL FOR PULLING OUT OF ILLINOIS AFTER SPENDING SO MUCH ON THESE BUILDOUTS WHILE NOT ALLOWING THEM TO GROW AWARENESS OUT IN THE COMMUNITIES - LOVE the Drs and all staff. Will follow Dr Rao wherever he goes - the Best PCP and person ! Hoping this opens amazing opportunity to everyone there.
