Great customer service and Dr Nelson she is an amazing doctor.
Staff very respectful. Alyssa is very helpful and listens to you. Never rushes you out of the office. Takes time to answer your questions and follows up on you.
Dr Fossey is amazing!! Unfortunately this location is always getting flooded or their labs are broken. I’ve had so many appointments that I’ve fasted for and taken off work just for the labs to be broken and no one told me. Plus, there’s no direct line to any offices, just a call center. Doctor Fossey is great, village medical isn’t.
