There is something seriously wrong with this office. In the past 7 months this office has continued to schedule us and then not inform us that the provider is no longer available. They reschedule us for 3-4 months time down the line due to sudden non availability. The last two times they have not alerted us until we actually showed up to the appointment or called the morning of to confirm. They are not even providing cancellation calls now.
