We love the providers at Village Medical. The NP Theresa called and checked in on my dad multiple times. The DOWNSIDE is if you have to call the office you will NEVER talk to anyone at your location or even in America. When you call you are getting people in china. They say they are sending a message but THEY ARE NOT. My dad was in the hospital after being sent by the NP. I was trying to reach her as the ER was wanting more information.
