I will never go here again. My wife made an appointment here because I was their patient and she arrived 10 minutes early to her appointment but because she wasn’t 15 minutes early to the appointment they said they couldn’t see her. Are you kidding me? A 5 minute difference was really that big of a deal. Any good, caring, passionate medical team would never do that as your obligation should be to your patients. Wife’s pharmacy has called Village Medical main number twice to get authorization for a refill for an existing prescription with no response from the office staff as of yet. It has been close to a week without any response from Village Medical. Wife called this morning to request the refill and was told it will take 24-72 hours to get a reply despite the fact that she is now out of medication. Does any of the senior management at Village Medical see any sort of a problem with their current central answering service system. A... read more

Drew is the kindest and most passionate provider I have ever come across . He spends time with you he listens and he makes sure you have an understanding. Jen was great with the intake as well whole team was fantastic
