When you make a telehealth appt office is very good. Doctors and nurse practitioners are great when you can talk with one. One does have to advocate for oneself with this practice. But be proactive and Village Medical will work with you.
My husband came back from his appointment upset for the second time. Today he says he was ignored when checking in and for the second time he asked for a prostate exam and was told they could do it. Again no follow through. As he left they said to come back in six months. I thought this place was going to be good since it is close to home and the first appointment went well. He is currently searching for a new place to go to. We cannot in good conscience recommend this place.
I absolutely love the team. FNP: Flor Phillips and her assistant Elizabeth (you know the vampire part off there team, she's always taking my blood). In the Chandler office. Well I'll just say it like this. It's been about a year, since I was last there, but once I had no choice but to go to see the medical people. I can guarantee just 1 thing, I now live in Phoenix, quite a bit away, but that is my doctor and nurse's assistant. Liz, sorry Elizabeth. So I will continue going there for medical treatment.
