Everything was very professional, friendly, and right on schedule. It’s just awful corporate decided to close the clinics in Indiana. The South Bend area, doctor’s offices are hard to find… especially as good as this one is. South Bend and Mishawaka clinics are always busy…it’s just a shame to shut the doors on such a beautiful facility.
The staff is very nice and friendly. They are very good at answering any questions you have and will find out for you if they don't have the answer right then and there. The only problem is the answering service you get when you call their office. Which you just tell them to connect you to the office.
My son and I have the same doctor, and we love the atmosphere in their office.
