I went to this office because Dr. Newman is one of, if not the only black female pcp in Baytown. I received an email that she is leaving and if I wanted to stay with the practice, I'd have to drive all the way to Pasadena. Also, I called to speak with a medical assistant. A guy answered and said that he's in scheduling and that I couldn't talk to anyone unlessi scheduled an appointment! He kept asking me why I needed to talk to the MA.
