I would absolutely not recommend Mary Crowell, DO. I saw her as a new patient and brought all of my medical records, which she didn't care to look at. I explained that I experience severe dizziness and fainting at work and needed help with accommodation paperwork because my job is at risk, but she completely refused to assist me or take my medical history seriously. If I could give this place no stars I would. Whenever you go here you sit and wait sometimes over an hour waiting for the doctor. They have NEVER been on time in the 3 years I’ve gone here. I had a telehealth app and when they called, my phone sent it to spam. I couldn’t pick it up. So I called back right away, sat on hold for over 15 minutes only to be told they had to reschedule my appointment for another date. This place doesn’t care about patients, only how many they can shuttle through and get money off of.

Went into the office for a referral for blood work. They upcoded my insurance for a "Complex Visit" when I was there for less then 10 minutes. I never had this issue before. Ever since I changed to Christal Garza my insurance started being up-charged. The health care system is already messed up. and it doesn't help the facility/doctors try to squeeze every penny out of you. Mind you, I could've gone to labcorp directly and save this headache. Was not expecting Village Medical to do this.

I have been coming to this office for several years and have always had a pleasant experience. From the staff to my doctor, everyone is kind, welcoming, and professional. My doctor is always fully engaged during appointments and addresses my concerns promptly. I truly feel valued as a patient.

Had a check-up here and the process was pretty efficient. The place was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were polite throughout. It’s a good option if you’re looking for a straightforward clinic visit.
