I had a very disappointing experience at this office and left feeling dismissed and unsupported. My primary concern was not addressed because it was not actively occurring at the time of the appointment. I was told I would need to return when it happens again, with no guidance provided in the meantime. For another concern, I received a general explanation that did not apply to my situation, followed by “I don’t know what that is.” A referral was placed, but there was little discussion or clarification. Useless visit. The doctor provided no meaningful help, and the office manager was extremely unprofessional and dismissive when we tried to clarify what happened. Poor communication, poor care, and no accountability. We won’t be back.
