What a terrible medical center this is, in regard to billing. We are cash/out of pocket patients. Undisclosed charges, billed/paid $327 total for a physical ($235) and flu shot ($94). If you have options, pick the other. If you don’t make sure you know what they’re charging you.

Whoever is in charge of handling the appointments doesn't know how to do their job. I made my appointment 2 months ago and received a confirmation text for my appointment 3 days ago, filled out paperwork online and everything. On the day of my appointment, an hour before I was scheduled to be seen, I received a phone call stating that they aren't accepting new patients and won't be able to see me today. 12/19/23 The Staff are all very sweet. However, they ordered a blood test for allergens, which I agreed with, but then went outside of my insurance without my awareness for a test that didn’t provide me any results (which is why insurance won’t pay). The worst part is I now have to pay $700 for the blood test and it gave me no results. I honestly just don’t want this to happen to anyone else, as I am paying $700 for nothing. Very Sad.
