Scheduled and confirmed an appointment way back in October 2025 for late February 2026 only to show up on time and be told that my appointment was cancelled. No phonecall, email, or text on record and my online appointment was completely erased. Very disappointing after having to schedule so far in advanced..
I have been a patient of this office for over 2 years and have had 3 different providers due to providers leaving the practice. The quality of care here is abysmal. Good luck trying to get anyone to be responsive. Firstly, I had my annual wellness exam which is supposed to be 100 percent covered by my insurance, but the office billed it as a follow up visit and I was charged a copay. They will cancel your appointment the day before, due to no longer taking your insurance and effectively leave you without your medication knowing you can not get in any where else for months, how is that legal? They should discharge you from the practice with a 90 day refill.
