I chose this medical practitioner as my PCP. They are very efficient asking for a full list of medications, surgeries and specialists. Dr. Dahdal seems to be very caring and so do the nurses. Very convenient as it adjoins a Walgreens.
The doctors here deserve 5 stars. However the people up front? Zero stars if possible. Rude and unprofessional and completely disrespectful. If I didn’t absolutely love my primary I would NEVER be back. I have severe anxiety that’s GETS TREATED HERE and she had the audacity to treat me like I was the problem when I cried about my appointment being moved. Get different people.
While I love Dr. Mo, I may unfortunately have to find a new PCP, as Village Medical now no longer answers their phones. My prescription was declined (because they only prescribed 30 days rather than 90 days), and the pharmacy said I had to call my provider. An offshore call center answered and after taking my information, said that someone would get back to me in 1-3 business days. What??? For a prescription? So as I said, this might be it and that's unfortunate.
