Staff was awesome!!!!
Very friendly environment and cordial staff.(highway 6 location) Dr Francisco is very kind, friendly and takes time to explain things. Nurse Kia is fantastic, very gentile and really makes you feel very comfortable. Best place to go for your medical care.
I was disappointed with my recent experience with the nurse practitioner ( Simone Stewart) She prescribed medication for my hand but failed to inform me that one of the side effects could be persistent hiccups. As a result, I spent over 10 hours trying to figure out how to get rid of them. When I returned the following day and asked if the medication could be causing the hiccups, they confirmed that it was and said they would prescribe an alternative.
