My experience with this practice and its people has been horrible. They botched an in-office procedure. They then recommended that I see a specialist. When I requested one, they sent me to an out-of-network doctor. When I requested one that's in-network, they never responded. That was 6 weeks ago. I believe that those failures alone disqualify this practice as a healthcare provider. But there's more. They will cancel 2 hours before the appointment. If I did that, I would be billed. So where's my payment????? And no matter how many times I call during business hours, nobody answers and every time I leave a message nobody ever calls back. I need a referral to a specialist so now I have to run through hoops to get a new primary because this one does nothing to help patients.
Average medical clinic experience, they'll help you if you do 90% of the legwork and kind of already know what's wrong with you. Like most offices, they try to get you out as soon as possible because they have quotas to meet decided by suits in some boardroom far away.
Absolute WORST office in my 71 years! Staff is the worst staff...never return VIP calls, rude, short, make you wait while on their cell phone with their boyfriend. Not sure about the positive feedback...must be related. Was with Dr.Balon until her retired...he the staff....TOP professionals...Village Medical is a disgrace to the profession AND they use more NP's than doctors..beware!
Waited over an hour for an appointment. Left in disgust without even being seen. Completely unprofessional. People work and have to discharge time to make it to these appointments. Nothing ever said while checking-in that they were way behind schedule. In fact nothing said until I asked after sitting waiting for an hour. I do not plan on returning to this office.
