Our family uses "Village Medical" because we love our DR and NP but both the Longmont and Loveland front desk staff are some of the WORST and RUDEST people I have ever encountered. I can speak to multiple times they have been incompetent, lazy, and outright rude. Not sure why the front desk staff (customer service) at a medical office decides they can treat paying customers like they are an inconvenience for simply having them do the absolute bare minimum of their job requirements but it is unacceptable. Thanks

I was a patient with Village Medical for 12 years. My provider retired in May so I was "transferred" to another provider. I was considered a "New Patient." I needed a necessary, can't go without, prescription and they refused to see me & refill my script because they weren't taking new patients. I made an appointment for this month & they cancelled it!! Since the move to Banner Health no one answers their phone. I've called so many times and waited 15-20 minutes before just giving up and driving over there to request my records. If you can't provide the most basic services of speaking with a patient why in the world would I trust you with my wellbeing.
