I made an appointment online, checked in & submitted my documents, then they called the day before my appointment (in April) to tell me they couldn’t see me until December. Ridiculous.
Can never get anyone from the Wakefield office to return my calls.
Friendly greetings when I walked through the door from the secy/reception. Also, Karen so very pleasant when taking vitals and intake. Dr Manown is friendly, patient, answers questions and very broad knowledge on all things medical, unlike specialists. Would recommend this office.
