Dr. Alkourbah is perhaps the best doctor I have ever had. She is very attentive and takes the time needed. I will add that like a lot of doctor offices these days, the answering service at the Village Medical level is not 5 stars. But Dr Alkourbah deserves and has earned 5 stars!!
Final update, 8/11/25: Aside from Dr. Alkourbah, who is competent and a pleasure to work with, almost every interaction with the administrative side of this organization indicates an uncontrolled dumpster fire. At least two staff members have independently mentioned they feel as if they are running the place by themselves. Not sure if the issues are with short-staffing, poor tools, or lack of management oversight but we've hit the wall and I will be looking for a new primary care physician.
