Absolutely pathetic customer service. Cannot actually speak with clinic over phone. Call is routed to a call center full of incompetent people who have terrible communication skills and are of no help. Been trying to get a neurology referral for over a month, and they keep screwing it up. Awful.

I was a patient of Dr. Croizer. The staff were kind, but there were significant delays in getting orders placed, even after multiple attempts to make contact by phone and messaging (even with assistance from the specialist clinic). Given the seriousness of my conditions, this was concerning. I will be changing my PCP and clinic location.

I’m dissatisfied with this clinic. I initially brought up my concerns to Dr. Yamama about having insomnia for my initial visit. She dismissed it it and said I should work out and build sleep habits that are healthy. Did not address anything or at least refer me to someone who can help. 2 months later I came due to the impact this is having on work. I can 14 minutes late but apparently it’s policy to cancel after 10 minutes. I’m not writing this due to cancel appointment, but because she neglected my matter. Idk why she could... read more

Except for difficulties with my audio, my video visit with my Dr went well. I still have some confusion though about just WHO "Village Medical" is. What's your relationship (if any) with Devoted Health or CVS? Who owns your business? Does my primary care doctor work for you? Or do you just provide hardware, support staff and locations? I like to know who I am dealing with in any services I (or my insuror) provide...thank you...!
