I’m very pleased with all your stuff, especially with Dr Eduard Shnaydman, !!!
First time visiting this clinic, usually go to a different location and this one by far surpasses the one on lake pleasant. From the receptionist who actually greeted me, the MA who was professional and explained everything and was helpful to the Dr. who took time and treated me with care. I will drive to this location going forward. I Like my old provider, but it takes a team to make a location a success. Applause for this location and everyone in it!!
My experience was good today
I would give five stars but, I was told to be there at 12:45 for my appointment which was at 1 PM and I got there at 12:40 and the door was locked and closed saying that they will be back at 1:00 and they was not back until 1:25 I was stuck waiting. But I was told from another patient that they was in a meeting.
I had my visit today for a Lab draw. I used pre checkin online which makes check in so much quicker. Julie and the office staff are pleasant and friendly. I was taken back to the Lab area within 2 minutes and the phlebotomist was pleasant and skilled. Total trip time was 15 minutes. My Lab results were in my chart within 24 hours. This Village Medical office is one of the best managed office I've been to.
