I’ve been going to the same practice since middle school. But since being merged with Village Medical, is terrible. If you call, you get routed to a call center (which means if you have questions, you’re put on hold so THEY can call the office). If you need prescriptions refilled, you’re told it’ll be filled only to never hear back again. Avoid it if you can.
I had a horrible experience here. They unnecessarily outsource their phone calls to a call center before you can speak to an actual person associated with this office. I needed a refill on a prescription I've been taking for 10+ years, but they refused to refill it just because I haven't been seen by the doctor in 2 years. I'm not making an appointment just to say "I need a refill" and they go "okay, here you go." The lady on the phone treated me as "less than" when I explained this. Do not go to Lapcorp at this location! We had an appt scheduled for today at 9:15am. We checked in early and turns out they can’t accept self-pay since they have only been open for a week.. the lady at the front desk rudely said they don’t have a register, they don’t even have a phone number or fax number. I told her online shows self-pay is an option and maybe it should be noted but she couldn’t care less. Honestly they shouldn’t even be open yet. We had to drive 15 mins to another location.
