I have gone here for several years with no issues, but now I feel like they care more about squeezing money out of me rather than making sure I am a happy and healthy patient. My insurance covers an annual physical, but my husband and I both received surpise separate bills for our last annual visits. Apparently at a physical you need to stay silent and not bring up any concerns--even if that means a 30 second conversation--or else you will be billed separately. BEWARE!!! I appreciated the attention to my care HOWEVER be aware they are billing to get more money from the insurance companies and I wouldn't have noticed except I am still under by Medicare deductible so I have to pay for this! I looked at my bill for Jan 2026 in detail. They said I had a chronic disease that I DO NOT HAVE and they billed me for talking to me about weight loss which was a lie! I brought up as good news to the doctor that since I had saw her last I lost 40lbs on my own!! Then I get billed $93.80!!! Such b... read more
