The lab tech was an hour late and walked in with a huge smile and a Starbucks. But with no apology. The first desk staff continued to have a conversation when I walked up to the desk to ask a question. It’s a good thing I love my doctor.
Dr Ratcliffe was so sweet, patient and caring. She made me feel comfortable and at ease
Had a video appointment with Chris Donnelly PA and I feel like this was just as thorough as being in the office. Highly recommended! Chris is very knowledgeable and helpful.
