Ever since they have switched to COMMUNITY...getting hold of ANYONE SUCKS!!!! I called a cpl months ago and it took over 8 hours to get a prescription called in for COVID...IM HIGH RISK!! I have also called TWICE TODAY and was transferred to a "Nurse" and waited almost EIGHT MINUTES for someone to answer then almost FOUR MINUTES the second time for possible infection in my leg and shortness of breath(unrelated i believe but do have lung disease issues and serious autoimmune diseases)..Ive been going to DR RAVINDRA for OVER 3... read more
I called just to ask some questions. The woman on the phone seemed as if my call was an annoyance and then hung up on me…even if this place isn’t a walk in, a little empathy for the sick would have been nice…
Get with a doctor who cares about you, not this guy. This guy barely listens and read off a computer screen the whole time. Dr Ravindra is the one I'm talking about
