My visit at the Broadway Pearland location was wonderful from start to finish. I absolutely DESPISE having to talk to the call center. This is probably going to be the reason why I don't stay with this medical group. I have had multiple negative encounters with the call-center where no one has taken ownership leaving me to have to drive to the office where I was NOT an established patient for resolution. I love Dr. Denson-Willis. She is so thorough and makes sure I'm taken care of by her team and other doctors she refers me too. The phlebotomist are amazing! My small wondering veins can't hide from them. 1 stick and they are done! I have no complaints with any of the staff at Village Medical. ☺️
