RUN. Harbor Health is an absolute nightmare to deal with at every level. Just call their call center for a little taste.
Practice is great, PA did a fantastic job. However, the remote phone tree support is horrendous. Got transfered within the loop 3 times. Remove support does not work properly for medical practices whenever you can't get ahold of the clinic to correct your paperwork for the lab.
**** updating my review, as the clinic has reached out and it seems like they're trying to help. I am actually shocked I'm writing a review because I hate doing this. I called, they didn't have an appointment for an MD available for 3 weeks. So I agreed to a PA and scheduled an appointment for 4/15 (today).
