Practice is great, PA did a fantastic job. However, the remote phone tree support is horrendous. Got transfered within the loop 3 times. Remove support does not work properly for medical practices whenever you can't get ahold of the clinic to correct your paperwork for the lab.
**** updating my review, as the clinic has reached out and it seems like they're trying to help. I am actually shocked I'm writing a review because I hate doing this. I called, they didn't have an appointment for an MD available for 3 weeks. So I agreed to a PA and scheduled an appointment for 4/15 (today). Dr. Julie Han was so kind and understanding. I came for my annual checkup including bloodwork, and was in and out in less than an hour. The entire staff was friendly, quick and professional.
Julie Han was very rude, condescending and did not have a good bedside manner what so ever. She told me I had a fungal infection in my ear and then continued to prescribe me bacterial antibiotic ear drops which worsen fungal infections. She skipped past important details that were obvious and failed entirely to help an issue. In fact, she developed an entirely new issue because of something as simple as not knowing what she was prescribing to me. She just prescribed it to prescribe it.
