Go here if you want incompetent care. My new for 2026 pcp dr jai Kim was supposed to refer me to a cardiologist almost a month ago. She referred me to someone out of network so I requested another referral. It’s been 3 weeks and 3 phone calls to the referral department and I still do not have a referral. Last week they said they’d mark it as “urgent” so I’d hear back within 1-2 business days .. it’s now been over a week. Dr. Jenny Ho and her assistant, Tasha, are the best medical professionals ice ever dealt with. They're friendly, informative, and helpful, but most importantly they take the time to listen to my concerns and address them accordingly.
