It has been an ongoing nightmare to get a call back from any department from my PCP. Ill, I was unable to get an appointment for several weeks. I was told to go to urgent care or ER if I needed health care provided. It turns out I have covid. When flu symptoms arrive, getting to see your Primary Care Physician in 3 weeks is unacceptable healthcare. Avoid Arches! Also staff can be unpleasant. I’m guessing they are over-worked and under appreciated which could be why Drs are leaving left and right.
Office Manger is extremely unprofessional. I was seeing Barbra Muir. She cut her hours so I told her I would be looking for a new provider. She put in the office computer that I was no longer a client. When my prescriptions came due for refill nor she or office would help me. One medication they refused to fill is life threatening. I was in the ER when office manager called and heard her make petty excuses as to why they would not help me. The information they had in there computer was false I have paper work signed by Barbr... read more

This place is a joke! You have an aptmt your doctor leaves and no one calls to cancel your aptmt or tell you your doctor left. So you drive 40 minutes for nothing.
i had a terrible experience at this place. my provider left without any notice from the practice to alert their patients. i attempted to contact the provider/facility for almost an entire week to refill my medication (as i do, every month). i was told that no other doctor was able to prescribe my medication in the entire practice. for an otherwise healthy young adult without any real need for primary care attention, i’ve been turned away without any other helpful suggestions.
