Village medical have not let me down yet. people are very nice. The doctor i see is doctor angle he is the best.he always make sure I am good.this man change my life and truly appreciate him so much.Dr Angle.
This place is cancer. I had a virtual follow up call and the doctor did not show up. After 40 minutes of waiting, I called their phone number directly, and it rerouted me to their customer service center in India. I have been on the call with them for the last 20+ minutes to just get it cancelled and get a refund. If I had any medical conditions, I’m definitely worse off after this experience.
Dr. Michael was excellent my first time at this location. I would definitely recommend
They don’t communicate and some receptionists have no problem lying to patients’ faces. My antidepressant prescription was withheld without my knowledge, forcing me to stop taking it cold turkey because they wouldn't refill it, and they continuously told me it was because there was an issue with my insurance (called the insurance company, and there wasn't an issue). I was finally told that I needed to make an appointment to get my prescription refilled, and the receptionist I spoke to told me it was for 10 AM the next day, o... read more
