The billing department is terrible and communication with them is the worse I’ve ever dealt with. They send me bills even though I had insurance at the time of my visit. I spoke with someone named Barbara in the billing department who said I needed a referral from my doctor’s office. I reached out to my Doctor’s office who quickly sent a referral not once but twice and she’s still saying she never received it. Friendly and efficient from when I first walked in until leaving. For a Monday morning there was no wait. I was seen immediately, Steve took great care addressing my burns after Natasha assessed my hand. Extremely thorough with what to expect in the next week and how to care for the wounds. Highly recommend this urgent care.

I brought my sister to this urgent care tonight and when I went to leave a review about what happened I can see the previous comment left by Cynthia Ramirez about it. Shame on her for lying, no loyal customer is going to act the way that man did tonight.
