I am a returning patient. I like the doctors. The only complaint is their phone system. In 45 mins., I got thru ONE time. It was to make a appointment for January. She said she was going to check, but never came back to line. I had a question I needed answered, but found the answer on my own. NOBODY answers the phones....it just constantly rings. This NEEDS to be FIXED.
Dr. Abreu is no longer with this group. Please correct your site.
Dr. Aguilar is the worst doctor that I have been to! No compassion at all! And the staff isn't trained well! Had test scheduled and they were never sent out even after I called twice!!! I wasted my time going and then being told they had nothing! Very disappointed!!! You guys need to do better! Doctors are expensive!
