I’ve only been here for about 2 years and yes the administration before hand was horrendous and unacceptable but with Stephanie and Paige on hand they are on point with renovations and request of issues on hand I know because I went to Stephanie only one time and it was fixed in less than 5 days thank you ! 🙏👍

The place is good but needs a lot of renovations. It is too old and need a lot of work. The funny thing is that you have to pay $500 per year…. Yes per year for your pet which is so ridiculous no other place put this rule.
The area is nice, love that the police department is right here. The park is right behind the property, makes it really easy to go out for walks. The reason for bad review is because nothing gets done in these apartments. We moved in a few months ago and we asked for some small repairs and everytime, they would say they'd send someone tomorrow or later. Well later and tomorrow would never come and we would follow up with them about it within the week. Still waiting on the repairs. Its been months. I just feel like they shoul... read more
