First and foremost, contacting the office for leasing assistance was an extremely excellent experience. Upon reaching out to Village Maison Townhomes, Property Manager Mrs. Mandy Sibley was very pleasant, professional, and kind. She went above and beyond to listen to my needs and address any concerns I had. The property itself is absolutely beautiful and very well kept. I absolutely love the place! The maintenance workers are great and keep yours things running. The place was really clean when I moved in and well maintained too. I can only imagine the people that have lived in these before, yet they make them look great!
If I could give a ZERO star rating I would! These people are LIARS. They gave me a non renewal notice 19 days AFTER my lease automatically renewed then had the nerve to try and charge me prorated rent! When it’s the law to give a 30 day notice !!! Finally got that straight , did a walk thru with Jenna , she assured me I would not be charged for xyz. I PAID professionals to come in and clean the carpet and the unit, I have the invoices. They kept my ENTIRE deposit for deep clean , carpet and water damage that I offered to rep... read more
