Absolutely terrible place led by shady people. I thoroughly cleaned my apartment prior to moving out, and they tried to claim over $2,000 in false damages. I took it to court and won since I had proof. It took 53 days past the judgment, but I finally received payment from the managing company which is a terrible company. Think twice about renting here, please.

If I failed to pay rent for three months I would be evicted, but they think it's okay to not pay on a judgment from the court. Think twice about renting here, please!
Total dump, photos are very deceiving.
The same people use to own fairmont park apartments and sold it this year. They also own harvest square in shippensburg. I deep cleaned my house i rented and even repainted walls to make sure everything was as if we just moved in. I moved out may 26, 2025 and people were already moving in the first week of June. They took out money for "cleaning" even though the house was spotless and i took pictures of EVERYTHING!!
