While we was in the process of moving maintenance used our electricity running the bill to 200 dollars on top of that we owed money but the place we have to pay to try to set up a payment plan never pick up and never returned our calls we called multiple times and left voice mails still nothing n
Lived here for 2.5 years, moved out in 2024. Only rent here if you have no other options. Pros: It’s the least expensive I’ve found, it’s nice to have a W/D in unit, HVAC, dishwasher, and a small extra bed/den. The rest: The place was absolutely filthy when i moved in. I had to spend a whole day cleaning before i moved my things in. All the floors and fixtures were filthy with remodeling dust, dirt, and hair. In a period of 2 years being away from my place, I was able to feel at home in this complex, a friendly, quiet place with many animals. I regret having to leave and with more pain after the treatment of the property manager: Brandi, a woman with a good character, charismatic, always willing to help and if she can't, she promises to try, her service is instant and I recommend the place 100%
