renter beware. from the property “managers” to the lack of insulation and terrible acoustics this place is the worst. Toilets, overflow, tubs don’t drain and you will be able to hear virtually everything your neighbor says, and does, including every time they open and closed their front door The rental office staff is rude and unhelpful, and not too bright. sometimes it almost seems as though they don’t want to keep tenants. And beware the constant deep and damaging potholes throughout the complex

Do NOT GO HERE‼️‼️ Absolutely worse place I ever lived in if your a week late they take you to court and start a eviction maintenance does nothing but let they 9 year old kid drive around in company utility cart almost hit me and my car then when maintenance does something they don’t schedule nothing they walk in your apartment like it’s there’s dog fevers all over the place no one picks up everything falling apart inside and out they raise the rent every year to the amount they choose the receptionist Tonya is the worst hum... read more

3 stars is being generous. I feel like our apartment really wasn’t that gross like most of the other reviews are saying, but we had so many problems there. Heat didn’t work at one point in the winter, A/C didn’t work for weeks in summer during the heat wave and our 90° apartment didn’t qualify as a maintenance emergency. Leaks, mysterious smells, maintenance would just randomly walk in on multiple occasions with 0 notice. Don’t live here. Maintenance (for what maintenance does/equipt for, is wonderful & timely) however being that I lived in the same apt as the person Michael P, that also has another review listed, I experienced the same issues he did. Some I could deal with, but others were disgusting. The walls are foul. There is hair & other paper like things still underneath the paint they applied on the walls. “Dust” by the chunks just painted over. Knicks everywhere in the walls too.
