I've lived here for only 3 months and even though it's reasonable at first, I understand they increase your rent regularly. Plus it's a community water bill, which is sooo unfair! I'm 1 person and a family of 5 will use a lot more water than 1, yet I have to pay the same amount as them. Plus you have to pay for the sewer! And trash. The apartments are the size of a shoe box. I'm on a very limited income so I didn't have many options open to me. So, do your homework before you make a decision. Good luck!

Un lugar completamente descuidado, el personal es muy mantenimiento educado y mucho más la manager, se creen la gran cosa cuando le rentas. No hacen ningún tipo de mantenimiento y si pides mantenimiento tienes que insistir porque nunca llegan. Dicen que es libre de humo y no puedes abrir la puerta porque el mal olor a cigarrillo o marihuana da dentro de tu hogar, el olor también se mete por las tuberías, las tuberías no las limpian ya que sale el agua negra si la usas muy caliente! renter beware. from the property “managers” to the lack of insulation and terrible acoustics this place is the worst. Toilets, overflow, tubs don’t drain and you will be able to hear virtually everything your neighbor says, and does, including every time they open and closed their front door The rental office staff is rude and unhelpful, and not too bright. sometimes it almost seems as though they don’t want to keep tenants. And beware the constant deep and damaging potholes throughout the complex
