Un lugar completamente descuidado, el personal es muy mal educado y mucho m�s la manager, se creen la gran cosa cuando le rentas. No hacen ning�n tipo de mantenimiento y si pides mantenimiento tienes que insistir porque nunca llegan. Dicen que es libre de humo y no puedes abrir la puerta porque el mal olor a cigarrillo o marihuana da dentro de tu hogar, el olor tambi�n se mete por las tuber�as, las tuber�as no las limpian ya que sale el agua negra si la usas muy caliente! Don’t live here! We’ve been here 2 years, year 1 was great but different people were in the leasing office. Year 2 was horrible. We were late on 1 months rent and instead of telling us they sued trying to evict us. We have been contacting them for over a month about various things needing fixed, nothing was said or done about these issues. They don’t answer emails or phone calls regardless of what it’s about. I've lived here for only 3 months and even though it's reasonable at first, I understand they increase your rent regularly. Plus it's a community water bill, which is sooo unfair! I'm 1 person and a family of 5 will use a lot more water than 1, yet I have to pay the same amount as them. Plus you have to pay for the sewer! And trash. The apartments are the size of a shoe box. I'm on a very limited income so I didn't have many options open to me. So, do your homework before you make a decision. Good luck!
