I show up in front of the store on Monday 12/8 @ 3:53pm, it looks closed so I call the phone number on the sign and the owner picks up, I ask if they were open, he said we’re closed Monday’s but how can I help you ? I mentioned I have an issue with a watch and it needs to be looked at but I can come back another day when you’re open. My family and I have been going to Bill and Patty for aprox 30 years! They are an amazing couple that aims to please every client that walks through their door. I needed my ring sized but it wasn’t a normal even size. Bill custom fits while you wait. It was an amazing experience. Most places had told me drop it off and they could have it back to me in a week. Problem was 10 was little too small and 10.5 a little too big that’s what I loved about their method he custom fit it and didn’t take long at all. This was the worst experience I have ever had!!! I was in need of a chain to be fixed. He treated me very very rudely after fixing my necklace. It took him 2 minutes to fix it. I was very happy and asked him what I owed him and he said, “just get out of my store”. DO NOT go alone to this store and be around this angry old man. I am a 74 yr old women. I stepped into the area where he was examining my jewelry to tell him I didn’t want a new chain, just the link fixed and he said, “Step out of my work space”. I was only 2 steps... read more
