I've done business with Leo on several occasions. This is a great shop.... Leo fixed my Tag Heuer watch bracelet that I thought would have to be replaced. He was able to repair the bent clip (not an easy job). Very reasonable price. Definitely recommend.
Unbelievably rude and aggressive sales lady. Their jewelry is nothing special.
Went in yesterday and several times before. Every time, absolutely Incredible customer service from Leo. He is an absolutely knowledgeable Jeweler. I took one of my rings and he told me it's a 9 carat gold ring, just by sight and color, he continued to explain that 9 carat gold is sold in England. I was absolutely impressed!!! He has an incredible jewelry store with an extensive supply of extraordinary rings, bracelets, necklaces, pendants, watches and earrings. He also does custom designs and repairs. FYI this Retailer does not sell Pandora. Don’t bother driving around to look for a parking spot.
