Useless and unethical. I worked with Bill for almost 5 years as he was a Progressive insurance agent. Frankly, there were many things that irked by about Village Insurance: (1) responsiveness, (2) fulfilling promises, and (3) ethical questions. When I moved locations and updated my address, my insurance went up 25% - I contacted Bill to determine if there were any adjustments to the policy which could lower my premium.
