Horrible experience. I was exhausted after a long flight. I checked in and got a room that was disgusting. The couch had a sofa cover on it, my bed comforter had a brown stain on it , women's hair on my pillow, brown spots on the shower floor, wires exposed behind the TV with a hole in the wall. The worst part was when the roach came out of the wall and started crawling around the floor by my bed. Needless to say- I could not sleep.
