Absolutely amazing!!!! Melissa was the most amazing employee. She was so helpful with us and was the nicest person ever. Everything was very convenient and hotel is lowkey in the best spot! but not walkable to the beach, just a short drive which is also totally fine. Overall we were all very impressed with the quality of this place with it being an inn and very affordable. 5 star hotel in our book. Thx Melisa and staff!
The lobby is very nice and some of the people who work there are nice. However, they come start clearing the breakfast and shoving you out of the way 5-10 minutes before breakfast is supposed to be over, and it is really difficult to actually get anything because of how small and cramped the area is there are always way too many people and you end up waiting in a line for 10+ minutes and then someone will just cut in front of you. I enjoyed this hotel a lot since it is walking distance from the HarborWalk attractions and restaurants. HarborWalk is right next to the water and is filled with different food trucks, restaurants, bars, pop- up shops- a zipline/ rock wall thing, and things like escape rooms and mirror mazes— awesome!! The rooms themselves were clean (except the floor, it typically needed to be mopped) and the towels and bedsheets were clean with no mystery stains. They got us in and hour before our check in time which was great for us, the rooms were clean, we got fresh towels, and trash taken out daily which was amazing 10/10 experience for us
