Village's website includes a link to schedule service. Did so, and waited. And waited. No response. Village's friendly VM lets you leave a call-back to arrange service. Did so, and waited. And waited. You can guess... A few days later I call again. Finally, a person answers. I describe my car's service need -- electrical in nature. The response? Should have known by the simple ad with lack of information posted by Jennifer that this place wouldn’t be great. Called and talked to her, not sure if she’s the receptionist or sales person but she shouldn't be either of those things. The customer service skills are lacking big time…. With the attitude she had from the very start of the conversation, I was told that she needs to check with her boss on a trade in because he only takes certain cars and isn’t open to a lot of trades so she’d check with him and call me back.
