My MINI cooper stick shifter wouldn’t move out of Park due to a bad shift interlock. It’s supposed to unlock when the brake is depressed so you can move it out of park and into gear. I was taking the cover off the shift stick and manually unlock it to shift it to drive alto get it moving. I took it to the local MINI dealer and they recommended changing out the entire assembly and the interlock. I had curb rash on my brand new Tesla Model 3 and needed the rim repaired. I met with Jake, within days he arranged for his wheel expert to come in to fix the rim and it looks brand new. I can’t even tell there was any damage. I appreciate Jake, the wheel expert, and the great work they did.
