I had curb rash on my brand new Tesla Model 3 and needed the rim repaired. I met with Jake, within days he arranged for his wheel expert to come in to fix the rim and it looks brand new. I can’t even tell there was any damage. I appreciate Jake, the wheel expert, and the great work they did.

Village's website includes a link to schedule service. Did so, and waited. And waited. No response. Village's friendly VM lets you leave a call-back to arrange service. Did so, and waited. And waited. You can guess... A few days later I call again. Finally, a person answers. I describe my car's service need -- electrical in nature. The response?
