We were the first buyers to contract with Village Homes last fall and it was a great decision to do so. We have had nothing but the best experience. Cynthia, Ann and Peggy in the Sales office, have gone above and beyond for us in so may ways. They are always available to answer any questions we may have. We truly feel they have become friends! working with everyone- from the sales staff to the building staff- has been a pleasure. The process was totally painless and actually fun! Every concern was met with a quick solution and we always felt like we were getting immediate attention, no matter what the issue was.We are thrilled with our new home and would recommend Village Homes to anyone who is interested in building a house.

I love the Candelas Community! So many different opportunities to meet our neighbors and for the kids to play. There is always something to do from the pool, workout center, kids night out, festivals, gardens, trails, and parks our family is always out exploring the new neighborhood.

I have lived in a Candelas Village Home since May 22nd of this year and Village homes have been so great to work with from the sales office , super intendant, to the warranty department. Everyone has been so helpful and when I had questions or concerns the matters were handled in a timely and professional manner which is very important because I am a business owner as well and expect great customer service.
