I was present for the entire inspection and I found the owner/operator, Steve, to be a most thorough and friendly individual. He was both particular and precise in his assessment and he welcomed my questions and participation in the process. He got into every nook and cranny of that house. He utilizes a software program that allows him to incorporate photos of areas of concern, right beside his comments as to the details of that issue. Inspector was very unprofessional and rude. Missed a lot of important parts of the inspection that would have made a difference if we bought the house or not. Really seemed like he had no idea what he was talking about and only pointing out the obvious. Not sure what "expertise" he was charging hundreds for.
