The Village Hideaway is know for an extensive selection of craft beers on tap and fresh local seafood such as our blackened redfish Pontchartrain. The Village Hideaway is also well know for our High Definition Golf Simulator that allows visitors to play signature golf courses such as Pinehurst and Pebble Beach just feet away from their table.

It’s at the front of the Beach Club on Ft Morgan. If you are staying at the Beach Club or just driving by it’s worth the stop great food!
Cozy spot for lunch or dinner and the food is always good. Most of the servers are really sweet and do a great job.
Another place convenient on Ft. Morgan Rd. without going into town. We like their pizza with fresh ingredients. In summer the food trucks and outdoor activities look like alot of fun although we hear the food is all prepared in the restaurant. glad to have this restaurant choice on the peninsula.

The venue is great, however, the food was not great. Having been here on different nights, we tried a lot of the food. These are not actual food trucks by individuals but by the Club and they are operated by what looks like mostly teenagers. The pork from the Smoke was ok, the sides were bland. The burger at the Press was a pre- frozen patty not fresh, the chicken in the chicken burrito at the spice was also frozen not fresh chicken. Great Staff and atmosphere!
My wife and I have been all over the country. The Hideaway Restaurant here at the Village was highly recommended. I can honestly say it has been the most enjoyable time we have ever had anywhere. The food is great, the atmosphere is wonderful, the events are fun filled and family oriented. And you could not asked for a better staff. courteous, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and treat you like you were family. You couldn't ask for a better experience.
