Fantastic service and accessibility, even outside business hours. Bryan goes the extra mile to make sure all your questions are answered. He certainly saves you time by getting you in quickly. I highly recommend.
I’ve been to several primary care practitioners in Birmingham including so called “concierge” doctors that charge a retainer, and Brian Combs at Village Healthcare is by far the best. Very knowledgeable, always easy to get in same day, and for injuries you can get in for an xray right away, plus he’s got a very extensive background in sports injuries and refers to Andrews. It’s cash pay so no insurance, but the prices end up being about the same as a co-pay anyway. Highly recommended!
My wife and I were in the middle of a roadtrip visiting relatives and exploring new areas. While in Texas, I fell on a steep rocky/wooded hill and punctured the palm of my right hand with a sharp piece of wood/branch. I pulled the piece out and washed it and bandaged it, but after a few days I was still in a lot of pain and it became infected. I needed to have a quick Strep test done and stumbled across Village Healthcare from a random google search. They got me in right away and Bryan went above and beyond for a new patient. I have insurance but would gladly pay out of pocket to come here and be seen quickly, professionally and with sincere care any day over going and waiting in a busy urgent care or Doctors office. He sent a very thoughtful card in the mail after. You just don't see that these days. Village Healthcare 10 out of 10!!
