I sat in the waiting room for over an hour with only two people ahead of me. Somehow, the man who walked in 30 minutes after I did was taken back before me. The woman at the front desk took an extremely long time checking people in and was also dismissive and facetious when I questioned what was going on. After finally being called back, I waited another 35 minutes just to have my throat swabbed and be told I had strep throat.
