Had an appt today at 9:00am. It was confirmed the day before. I arrived at 8:50. The salon was not open yet and dark inside. I sat In my car and waited until almost 9:05 and still no one showed up to open. My time is valuable. I wouldn’t mind waiting if there had been an appt ahead of me that was running over however if I book the first appt of the day I expect it to be on time. I have been there before and liked my cut. I won’t go back again.
They are wonderful. I highly recommend this beauty salon. I have been going for more then 6 years and Milady the owner is fantastic and they are very cordial and very nice.They are always willing to help you and when you are done you come out beauty !
