Beware they just want your money for the application. Me my girlfriend and several friends and family have applied here in the last couple days. No one has heard back from them using different renting apps. On Zillow it says 2,018 people have contacted them if all filled out application for $35 that they say is not refundable that’s $35x2018= $70,630 that they have made off just by people filling out applications.
I had a great time at 5479 E centralia for the 10 years that I was there. The condo complex was well-kept and clean year-round. People were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
