People are kind of rude and mean here
Village green is affordable, conveniently located near downtown and Omaha's finest attractions, and neighbors are quiet and polite. The co-op fee is high, but it covers more than the average condo, including property tax, water, sewer, garbage, furnace, the structure inside and out, maintenance of four playground areas, the lawn, free use of the clubhouse, roads and parking lot (often newly painted), snow removal, and more. We just purchased our townhome and feel so welcome already. The neighbors are nice, the office goes to great lengths to be helpful, and the home has great storage and well-apportioned rooms. The location is handy to shopping and restaurants. I think we'll be very happy here.
