Very nice area, Park is well kept. People are friendly. Nice pool area and hot tub. Good clean club house for gatherings. My husband and I have lived here 15 years with no problems. Quite and clean place to live and retire. You can't live anywhere this nice for the price as with everything in San Diego nice things are not cheap. We love it here.
