That’s my best friend! Gooooood, wonderful owners, quiet, well maintained as far as picking up Leaves and plowing the snow. They have a wonderful pool that’s new. I’ve had zero problems since living here. Lot rent is very fair compared to others in the surrounding areas. Garbage and water is included. And you can have dogs 🐾🐶💚 also as far as people Mentioning it’s “too far out” Meijer and Walmart are a ten min drive from here so it’s really not.
Lovely, quiet, secluded manufactured home community. Property manager is so sweet! Homes are well laid out, allow a short split- rail fence. Nice walking area for dogs.
