Great Affordable housing – I lived at Village Green for 7 years. I was down and out on my financial situation and this property helped me to get my education, raise my children and make me a better person. I am no longer there, but, I have completed school, graduated, and I am now making a decent living and purchasing my own home. The staff there are very knowledgeable, the maintenance does all of the repairs. The grounds are kept up very nicely and the units and buildings are kept extremely clean. WORST PLACE TO LIVE!! – This place is a hole. I lived there 4 years and I have to say I will never go back. The property manager is a b*tch, she will find any way she can to screw you. Where I live now is known to be bad but I have to say I have yet to see or hear of problems. I personally believe if Janet Weimer wasnt there the place wuld run alot smoother.
